Ok food. Loud. In evenings the front room is not staffed so you have to go to the bar and find someone. Service is slow esp if you go alone it's like being invisible. This happened to me (a sooo traveler for work) twice. Too bad I usually tip too well. Beer list is boring. A bunch of lagers and pilsners. The only decent local beer has been discontinued here. So go if you are boring like their beer.

Ok. Stopped in for a beer. I was alone.... a quick few beers and watch the Leafs game. Good God i had to ask for service a few times... i can understand the delay delay in service because there was 4 of us in the entire restaurant. Haha.
It took forever to get served.
Maybe i will go next door. ?? To a sports bar... too bad because i like this franchise.... -

It's been years since I ate at Boston Pizza. The last time, the food was awful. I figured enough time has passed, they're still in business so the food has probably improved. I was wrong! The Hawaiian pizza is very bland. It is also too doughy and sits like a rock in my stomach.
On the plus side, the service was fine and there's lots of parking. -

The tuscan pizza was good. The 4-cheese lasagna was decent too. And most of the items on the kids menu was good {i have tried almost everything on the kids menu - leftovers :)}
The hot wings and the cactus cut potatoes were good too. Good mix of heat and flavour. Even the shrimp taco is amazing. The garlic shrimp spaghetti lacked sauce and flavour. It was more like a disaster. The service from our server was great. However, the kitchen staff definitely seemed lost. We had to return 2 orders of the garlic shrimp spaghetti back. Seemed like it was microwaved (frozen dinner perhaps).
Overall, for what i paid, i think it was ok. -

The most shittiest service ever from ALL FRONT STAFF. Went here back in February for a birthday dinner.
It wasn't busy at all. Didn't make reservations.
*MIND YOU, 1 of my friends USED to work for Boston Pizza.
We are a party of 8. There was a table on the lower level and it was dirty. We wanted to sit there and we weren't allowed. Spoke to the manager and she didn't allow us - they did not give us a reason as to why were not able to sit there. They DIDN'T CLEAN the table for the rest of the evening (even when we left the restaurant).
We got sat in 2 different booths (YAY..). I don't remember our server's name. But he's tall, dark complexion, buzz cut). Service is terrible, we were missing components from our dish such as garlic bread. We only knew we were missing things because my friend worked there. Food took a really long time to come (app. 40 mins for only appetizers and over an hour for our main dishes). Server forgot to bring our drinks. We asked for Coke 3 times and he never brought it out.
The service was taking too long that our group had to leave (4/8 people). Since it's my friends bday, I asked him to bring out a dessert for him with a candle. He assured me MULTIPLE times that he will..he NEVER DID. We paid our bill and tipped him 20% cause I thought he was going to do it for my friend regardless of his shitty service.
SO FRUSTRATED AND UPSET ABOUT THE COMPANY AND EMPLOYEES.
Boston Pizza is about overpriced food, garbage service, the manager was not helpful either, and no sense of acknowledgement to guests.
Never coming back to Boston Pizza out of my interests and will tell friends/ colleagues about my horrible experience.
